Some of our most popular books in the last year might surprise you! The Freida McFadden thriller The Boyfriend checked out 20 times from PSJ Library while Carl Hiassen's mystery Fever Beach was also high on everyone's checkout list.

Many children's programs begin next week at PSJ Library! Don't miss out on all the fun activities we have to offer.
- Ukulele Club (Ages 7+ with adult) begins September 8 at 10:30 am ET.
- Crafternoon with Marilyn: Tie-Dye (Ages 6+) is on Tuesday, September 8 at 3:30 pm ET. Stop by to tie-dye a bandanna or bring in your own white t-shirt to create terrific colors!
- Preschool Storytime, Library Jammers, and our Saddle Up for Ponytime! programs all take place on Thursday, September 10th at varying times.

September is National Library Card Sign Up Month! Visit your local library today to register for a library card. All you need is a valid photo ID with current address of proof of address!

Beyond books, library cards give you access to items like telescopes, cake pans, the Libby App, sewing machines, instruments, seed libraries, and so much more!

Mark your calendars for two exciting, new children's programs beginning in September!
- Library Jammers (Ages 5 - 12) begins September 10 at 3:30 pm ET. This program incorporates world culture through songs, rhythm, dance, instruments, and activities!
- Montessori Mondays (Ages 2 - 5) begin September 14 at 11 am ET. Little ones can explore learning stations designed to build life, early literacy, and math skills!

Over 4,500 fiction and mystery books were checked out by Port St. Joe Library patrons in the last year! That's a lot of adults enjoying beach reads and solving mysteries in their spare time. You checked out a total of almost 17,000 items in the last year. We love to see our community reading and enjoying the services the library has to offer!

Every Tuesday and Saturday our Seaside Stitchers group meets to work on personal sewing projects. Whether you crochet, knit, hand sew, or embroider, it's a fun way to meet new people!

New members are always welcome. The group meets from 10 am - 2 pm. Bring your project and stop by anytime!
