There are two cuts of a Sirloin Roast, the Top Sirloin (primary cut for top sirloin steaks or roast), and the Sirloin Cap, better known as the Culotte. The Culotte Steak makes its debut in the Big Beefy Bingo line up this week! For this week, the following beef prizes are:

-Ribeye
-Tri-Tip
-Ground Beef
-Franks
-Bologna
-Culotte

Bingo starts tomorrow night (9/7) at 6pm, with the Ace of Spades drawing at 7pm. Quick note, jackpot for Ace of Spades surpassed $700.

Did you know?

Most bistro restaurants offer very delicious steak dinners and primarily use ground beef for their pastas! This week, we’re doing an Italian bistro style big beefy bingo with some hand selected beef prizes made for said bistro dinners! The prizes are as follows:

-Tenderloin

-Bologna
-Tri-Tip
