Port Washington Public Library Homegrown Readers The Library's Homegrown Readers program (formerly PCHP) up and running since 1998, currently serves 7 Port Washington families.

The Port Washington Public Library's Homegrown Readers program provides early childhood literacy, modeling for parents/caregivers, and school readiness preparedness.
