Dear Resident:

Please see the important message below from the MTA regarding necessary Sperry Rail testing at the LIRR Port Washington branch this weekend, 10/11/25 - 10/12/25:

From 1AM Saturday, October 11th, through 7AM Sunday, October 12th, we will be conducting necessary Sperry Rail Testing on the Port Washington Branch. During this time, bus service will replace trains between Great Neck and Port Washington. Please note that buses will not stop at Plandome due to low bridges in the area. Commuters traveling to or from Plandome should instead use the bus stop at Manhasset.



The last trains to operate before the service change will be the 11:45PM departure from Penn Station on Friday night and the 12:40AM departure from Port Washington early Saturday morning. Regular train service will resume with the 6:26AM departure from Penn Station and the 7:26AM departure from Port Washington on Sunday morning.



For the most accurate bus departure times and station-specific details, we encourage you to use the TrainTime app or visit mta.info/schedules.



While this important work helps maintain the safety and reliability of our system, we understand that it may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and patience!

Attention Motorists:

Please note, Thursday October 26, 2023 through Friday October 27, 2023 work will continue in parking lot 2 to install new light poles.

During this time, the parking lot will be partially closed. Kindly avoid the parking lot.

Dear Motorists:

Tomorrow Wednesday October 25, 2023 Parking Lot 2, located behind 55 Main Street, between N. Bayles Avenue and Herbert Avenue will be closed for the installation of new parking lot lights. Kindly avoid the parking lot.

Maintenance Notice

On Friday morning, July 21st we will be blocking off parking spaces closest to the rail tracks on the western side of Parking Lot 1 for maintenance work. These parking spaces should be opened-up for parking by 8:45am. Please consider using our other parking lots for commuter parking.

On Saturday morning, July 22nd, maintenance work will resume in Lot 1. We will be blocking off spaces in Lot 1 to paint parking spaces. Kindly avoid using Lot 1 on Saturday.

Parking Lot 2 / Update / Construction

Construction is to begin tomorrow, Wednesday, May 3, 2023 weather permitting to renovate Parking Lot 2. The parking lot will be closed until construction is completed.

Parking Lot 2 is located north of Main Street between N. Bayles Ave. and Herbert Avenue. During this time, we encourage motorists to park at Parking Lot 4 (South Maryland Ave. and Maple St.) or Parking Lot 5 (behind 109 Main Street) in an appropriate parking space.
