Dawn spent time with us sharing a wonderful and educational presentation about palliative and hospice care. She provided valuable information and helped us better understand the differences, benefits, and compassionate support these services can offer to individuals and their families.

Happy National S’mores Day! 🍫🔥

We recently had the perfect excuse to gather around, enjoy some sweet treats, and celebrate one of our favorite summertime traditions! 😋

Our residents at Lincoln Village had a s’more-than-good time enjoying gooey marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers—and, of course, plenty of smiles and laughter along the way! ❤️

There’s just something special about enjoying a classic treat with good friends. 🥰

🍋 Sippin’ on Summer & Bringing Generations Together! 🍋🍓

Our Strawberry Lemonade Mixer was extra special!

☀️ Not only did we enjoy some delicious, refreshing drinks, but we had the opportunity to bring multiple generations together—from our residents to their children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren!

❤️There’s something pretty amazing about seeing generations come together in one place, sharing laughs, stories, hugs, and making new memories. These are the moments that make our community feel like home.

🥰 And we have to give a special shoutout to our Director of Nursing, Steve, who traded in his nursing hat for his mixologist hat today! He had a wonderful time mixing up our strawberry lemonade and keeping everyone refreshed.

Meet Monique – Our Health & Wellness Coordinator! 🌟

We're excited to welcome Monique to her new role as Health & Wellness Coordinator at Lincoln Village! 💙

Monique has been a valued member of the Heritage Senior Living family for six years, and her passion for caring for others shines through in everything she does. She loves getting to know each resident, hearing their unique stories, creating meaningful connections, and helping make every day a little brighter.

When she's not at work, Monique is a proud mom of three, enjoys traveling and making memories with her family, and is currently pursuing her nursing degree to continue growing her knowledge and passion for senior care.

Monique is excited for this new opportunity and can't wait to get to know all of our residents, families, and team members. We are so fortunate to have her leading our Health & Wellness team!
