Port Washington Fire/Rescue is now accepting applications for a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic. We’re seeking a motivated, team-focused professional who takes pride in serving the community and making a real impact every day. Abrupt closing of Highway LL from the Holiday Inn north to Highland for utility extension work (sanitary and water). anticipates closure for 2-3 months.
County Road KW should be used as a detour route. Highland should not be used as a detour route.

There was a lack of communication on this as the traveling public including the Ozaukee County Highway Department and Town of Port Washington was not even aware of this closure until today.

WisDOT is beginning a drainage improvement project along County LL at I-43 in The Town of Port. Work is scheduled to begin the week of October 6th. • County LL under I-43 is scheduled to close for approximately two weeks
