HELLO, my name is Terri Clark. I have resided in Portage most of my adult life.

I am married to my husband John, and we have 5 grown children as well as many loving grandchildren! My father was a BA for the Laborer’s 81, and my daughter Jessica is married to Corey Campbell, who is the Vice President for Laborer’s 81.

For the last 30 years, I worked as a secretary, paralegal, and office manager for Attorneys John Peters and former State Senator Karen Tallian and now work for Rhame Elwood and McClure.

Managing Karen Tallian’s schedule was especially difficult because she had a calendar for Senator business and political events as well as a calendar for her law practice.

I continue to do some part time work for Karen and we remain good friends.

I am also a partner in a business Ground Control, LLC – which manages several home associations in Portage.

If I am elected, I will pledge to be a hands-on person who shows up every day, and does what is needed. I expect to attend all of the training sessions offered by the Association of City Clerks and the Association of Cities and Towns, and the State of Indiana.

I am proud to have the endorsement of Karen Tallian and Local 81.
