Open Monday and Wednesday 11 a.m. - noon and Thursday 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Open Monday-Saturday 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Program; 111 East Mullett Street, Portage, WI 53901; 608-742-9254 ~ Provides food vouchers, farmer's market vouchers and nutrition information to keep pregnant and breastfeeding women, infants and children under 5 years healthy and strong. Income eligibility requirement.

What a great night at The Market! Our annual Thanksgiving meal was a success thanks in part to our incredible crew of volunteers at John Muir and Endeavor Elementaries.

We were also surprised with a very generous donation from VFW Post #1707 in Portage! Thank you Kenneth Thiele and crew! We continue to be blessed with incredible community support.

The Market would not be possible without many hands and hearts. Thank you, once again, to Holiday Wholesale and Bruce Walker for the use of their freezer space for turkey storage. Also, thank you to Fritz Hammer and Ronnie Meyers for their teamwork on the ground to move all those turkeys! 🦃
