Check-Out Contest!
June 1st-July 18th, 2026

This contest is simple, just check out your items.
Then, put your name & phone number on the back of your receipt and put it in the bucket*. (Buckets will be by the self checkout machines.)

Winners of the weekly $10 Gift Card will be drawn on Fridays.
Those receipts with 5 or more items checked out will be put into the Grand Prize Drawing. The Grand Prize is $50 in Portage Green which will be given away on July 20, 2026.

*Staff can print out an additional receipt for you if you'd like to take one home.

Join us at the library on June 20th to watch The Librarians, a documentary about book bans and censorship in public and school libraries across the US. Following the film, there will be a question and answer session and discussion. The film screening was made possible by a grant from Subject Matter.
