As we all prepare for the expected blizzard due to hit the area tomorrow, we want to remind you of a few items.

▶️Over the next two days, street parking will not be allowed. Overflow parking is available at the office.
▶️We will tow vehicles parked on the street once the snow falls. This will serve as your warning.
▶️Prevent frozen water pipes by letting the cold water drip out of your faucets at a trickle.
▶️Keep the thermostat set to the same temperature during the day and night to prevent frozen pipes or a burst. Do NOT turn off your heat, especially during this time.
▶️Check that your heat tape is on and working.
