Exciting news over here! Starting this billing cycle, our bills will be coming in a sealed envelope instead of the post cards. We are hoping this will prevent so many bills getting lost/delayed in transit. So be on the lookout for that instead of your normal bill.

Good afternoon members. Since completing our annual audit and taking a breath.....we wanted to inform our members that we had some checks returned for refunds that were issued in December after we resolved our issues with the City of Portales. If you know anyone below, let them know to come by the office and we will get them taken care of. They will have to provide proof of ID so that we can go back and verify they are who the check is owed to.
