**Public Notice: Water Line Flushing**

The City has been flushing water lines in Porterdale today. This routine maintenance helps keep our water system clean and operating efficiently.

What to Expect:

You may notice temporary discoloration or a slight change in water pressure.

The water is safe, but you may want to avoid doing laundry during this time to prevent staining.

Run your cold water for a few minutes if discoloration occurs.

We appreciate your patience as we work to maintain the quality of our water system. 💧

A line of storms is forecast enter far northwest Georgia during the early morning hours on Monday. These storms are expected to push southward through west Georgia during the morning, though there is some uncertainty on far south and east these storms will advance. Storms within this line could become strong to severe, capable of producing damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph and frequent lightning.
