The State Water Resources Control Board will be hosting office hours to assist water users in the Tulare Lake and Tule subbasins with submitting groundwater well pumping information through the GEARS platform.

This session is open to anyone needing guidance in completing their submission. During office hours staff will be available to: • Walk you through the GEARS data entry process step by step • Answer questions about what information is required • Help troubleshoot technical issues • Provide access to helpful online resources related to reporting deadlines and compliance requirements.

Please bring with you:
• Your letter with the 16-digit correspondence ID
• A laptop computer. Computers will be provided if you do not have access to one.
• Your login username and password if you have already created an account
• Well location and pumping data
• If you have a meter, bring proof of calibration (information about when your meter was last calibrated).
• If you do not have a meter, bring any information you have about how you are estimating pumper volumes.
