Tonight felt like one of those moments you wish you could slow down just a little.

Watching these 8th graders laugh with friends, dance, take silly photos, and enjoy one last big night together was a reminder that childhood has a way of slipping by faster than we expect. Seeing the staff serve them dinner was such a sweet picture of the love and care that has been poured into them throughout the years here at Bartlett.

Tomorrow they promote from middle school, and another chapter begins. We’re excited for all that’s ahead of them, but tonight we were grateful to simply soak in this moment and celebrate how far they’ve come. ❤️

This is the last week of Bartlett for our 8th graders, and also for these two amazing ladies. Join us in celebrating Mrs. Ledezma and Mrs. Andrade! Mrs. Ledezma is retiring after 30 years in Student Nutrition, 16 of which were here at Bartlett! She served as site lead, helping and watching over a team scheduling, preparing, and serving over 300 meals a day. Her favorite things about serving as a site lead are helping guide staff, implement ideas, and make sure the meals that are prepared are interesting. We wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement, and she will be greatly missed!!

Mrs. Andrade has served here at Bartlett for almost 3 years. She ensures kids get to school safe everyday as a crossing guard by the drop off area, and spends the remainder of the day doing Campus Supervision. We wish her all the best on her new adventure, and thank her for the work she has done to help make Bartlett an amazing place to be!

Bobcat Bash was a hit today! 🐾

Students spent the afternoon hanging out with friends, visiting vendors, and enjoying churros and ice cream delivered right to classrooms. It was a great way to unwind after testing and celebrate the end of the year that’s just around the corner!

Tonight, we honored our student athletes at our annual Athletic Banquet! We are so proud of the hard work, dedication, perseverance, and teamwork each of you showed throughout your seasons.

We’d also like to extend a huge thank you to Mr. Spann, retired Bartlett teacher and Athletic Director, for being our guest speaker tonight and sharing some words of wisdom.

To our 7th graders, we can’t wait to see you back out there next year! Keep up the hustle!

Last Saturday was nothing short of magical ✨🏰🎶

The Bobcat Band marched right down Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland and gave a practically perfect performance! From the music to the memories, this trip was one for the storybooks.

We’re pretty sure our Bobcats left a little pixie dust behind on Main Street 🐾

So proud of all the hard work, heart, and school spirit these kids brought to the Happiest Place on Earth! 💫
