Proof of Tribal Membership
Proof of Earned and Unearned Income
Proof of Ownership of the Residence and/or Land
Proof of Disability, if applicable
Proof of Veteran Status, if applicable
Per Capita Income:
For purposes of the application, please include only one-half of the annual per capita distribution as income:
Adults: $3,450.00 annually
Children: $1,725.00 annually
Incomplete applications or applications missing required documentation may delay the review and processing of your application.

The Tule River Tribal Police Department is excited to partner with several Tribal Departments to bring our community a fun-filled **Family Splash Day**!

📅 **Date:** Saturday, August 1, 2026
📍 **Location:** McCarthy Ranch
🕛 **Time:** 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Bring the whole family out for an afternoon of fun featuring:
💦 Water slides
🏰 Bounce houses
🎯 Games and activities for kids
🎁 Raffle prizes
💧 Dunk tank
🏕️ Informational booths from various Tribal Departments

🍖**Lunch will be provided by Diezels BBQ!**

🎉 **Grand Prize Raffle:** A **Family 4-Pack of Disneyland Tickets!** 🏰🎢

There will also be plenty of additional raffle prizes throughout the day, so everyone will have a chance to win!
