Fighting hunger means nutrition education as well as reliable access to healthy foods. Familias en Acción offers workshops, field trips and classes thanks in part to a PCL hunger relief grant. Topics include gardening, cooking education for families of young children, food budgeting, social determinants of health and more. Families also receive referrals for food resources. Thank you, Familias! 🍎🥦🍞

Proud to support SnowCap Community Services programs for children and families!

⛳️ Thank You, Portland Children's Levy! 💙

We’re so grateful to Portland Children’s Levy, our Fore the Kids Sponsor, for supporting SnowCap’s Annual Sam Wolsborn Memorial Golf Tournament!

We’re grateful for Portland Children’s Levy’s continued commitment to helping children and families thrive in our community. Their support of this event helps SnowCap continue connecting our neighbors with essential resources and services when they need them most.

It means so much to have partners who share our commitment to strengthening our community and creating opportunities for local children and families to thrive. We’re excited to have Portland Children’s Levy with us again this year as we gather to honor Sam Wolsborn’s legacy and make a difference together.

Thank you, Portland Children’s Levy, for your partnership and support of SnowCap and this special event! 💙⛳️
