PPPD stands for Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness.

It’s a type of chronic dizziness that’s present most days and can be triggered or worsened by things like busy environments, movement, or visual input.

It doesn’t always look the way people expect, which is part of why it can be hard to recognize.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not the only one trying to figure it out. Learn more here: https://vestibular.org/article/diagnosis-treatment/types-of-vestibular-disorders/persistent-postural-perceptual-dizziness/
