Tryout time is almost here! We are excited to see all athletes interested in becoming a Lady Panther! 🐾💜🖤

Please complete the attached tryout form BEFORE arriving at tryouts. Athletes must have all required information turned in prior to participating.

Make sure to:
✔️ Bring softball gear
✔️ Wear athletic clothing and cleats

🎉Join us in congratulating our very own Mrs. Sylvia Sprinkles on her retirement! 🎉

Mrs. Sprinkles has been a fixture at Portland East for the last 12 years. There is not a single student or teacher that has passed through our doors she hasn’t helped at some point.

We appreciate everything you’ve done and wish you the best on your retirement! 💜

Basketball tryouts for upcoming 6th graders is this week! We're excited to meet our new panthers!

Tomorrow is a busy day at Portland East!

A few reminders:
-6th & 7th grade students will be turning in iPads and chargers. Replacement chargers can be purchased for $20.
-Yearbooks will be distributed. We still have copies on sale for $40. See Mrs. Powell with your cash or check. Students will have a chance to sign yearbooks in the afternoon.
-7th grade students: Your first Washington D.C. trip informational meeting happens tomorrow night @ 6pm in the Auditorium. Join us to learn more about this exciting tradition!

Thanks to a generous donation from Unipres we were able to purchase 160 chairs and 40 tables. They will be used at our robot events, but also for anything else where we might need a large amount of tables and chairs. We appreciate Unipres and all of our community partners.
