We are very lucky to have the intaglio prints of on display The show opens tonight from 5 to 8 with wine and snacks! . .
etches into copper plates and uses aquatint, drypoint, and spit bite and sometimes walnut ink and watercolor to make her prints. . .
This is pro stuff!!! She’s a master! Her process is meticulous and detailed enough that she works on it continually and completes only about 4 prints a year. But in person they are breathtaking! . .
We have work from 2022 through the present on display. She keeps her editions low. Just 10 of each! If you are lucky enough to collect her work you are getting something that has been painstakingly crafted with every detail carefully considered and each mark hand crafted. I’m gonna buy one. You should too! Or at least come check them out. They’ll be up through June and July.

Tonight we have an opening for the work of from 5 to 7:30pm. Torrey’s oil paintings show a dual mastery both of classical realism and meticulously structured abstract compositions.

His work is influenced by the German masters where he studied as a young artist and the influence of Josef Alber’s color theory really lit a FIRE 🔥 under the color in his abstract work!!

We’re lucky to exhibit his work through the months of August and September! Come by and check it out.

We’ll have wine and snacks tonight as well.

We framed some new art for the front windows: Two hand colored bird etchings from artist Beki Killorin and “Shorline” by oil pastel artist Brett Varney. . .
One of Beki’s bird etching sold before it even got as far as the window (there are additional editions available). The bird with the red beak framed with fire red silk walls is still available!
