This month, and EVERY MONTH, we celebrate Black History.
We feel the influence of black leaders and black musicians every day at BRAVO. It is a core piece of who we are as an organization. We're celebrating today by sending you a special Valentine. Our James John Elementary students playing and singing Ain't No Mountain High Enough. It was written by American singers and songwriters Nickolas Ashford & Valerie Simpson in 1966 for the Tamla label, a division of Motown. The composition was first successful as a 1967 hit single recorded by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, and became a hit again in 1970 when recorded by former Supremes frontwoman Diana Ross.

We hope this song lifts you up today.
