Recruiting medical liaison SSgt Moore completed a 8 day TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) with the 142nd, 125th, and the 304th. If you're not familiar with what that is, its a military medic training to save lives while staying calm under fire, making split decisions, and providing critical care in the toughest environments. This type of training is critical because it prepares airman to respond when it comes to life and loss situations.

We have the ultimate dream team here in Portland. Our morale days are just as important as any other work day. Hanging outside of work just one day of the month to get to know the team out side of work, laugh forgetting about work duties, and creating memories is what develops stronger bonds with in a team.

🇺🇲 Congratulations to 2nd Lt Gotter for reenlisting with the 142nd Wing with CERFP. He used to be a SrA on the Active duty side as Security Forces. He took a break in service after some time to achieve his degree as a registered nurse using his GI Bill. Now he is returning as an officer. 👏

Congratulations SrA Grieve for enlisting with the 142nd Wing Maintenance Squadron doing non destructive inspection. He switched over from Air Force active duty to the Oregon Air National Guard to use his school benefits to finish off his degree. Not only does he want to utilize his school benefits but he wants to be part of the close family community with in the Guard.
Thank you to SSgt Elder for guiding SrA Grieve to enlist in the position that was right for him.
