Our newest SW Portland development is rising from the ground, and so is the promise for more affordable housing!

With our supporters and partners, CPAH celebrated our soon-to-be 14th property with a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, May 13. Even with grey skies and a light drizzle of rain, it was all smiles!

Last week, CPAH and were proud to co-host a networking event, facilitated by , bringing together nonprofits and community partners from across East Washington County, as well as agencies serving West Multnomah and North Clackamas counties.

The workshop created space for networking, collaboration, and meaningful conversations about how organizations can better work together to support our communities. We’re grateful to everyone who attended and shared their time, knowledge, and perspectives.

Strong partnerships make stronger communities, and we’re looking forward to continuing the conversation and collaboration ahead.
