Independence Northwest is a support service brokerage serving nearly 600 Oregonians with developmental disabilities in the Portland tri-county area.

The Oregon Department of Human Services and Oregon Health Authority have shared new information about HR-1, work requirements, and other Medicaid changes for people with disabilities.

The new info sheets include:

Our next Healthy Homes workshop with the Community Energy Project is just around the corner!

Join us for an In Person/Online Healthy Homes Mold and Indoor Air Quality Workshop on Monday October 12th from 3pm to 4pm.

This workshop focuses on maintaining healthy indoor air quality and mold prevention.

To receive a free kit of materials, you must live in the City of Portland and your income must be at or below 80 of the Portland area median income.

This is a hybrid event - so you can attend in person at our office or virtually online.
