The QRC supports student academic goals and success by creating an inclusive, equitable, welcoming, and celebratory campus environment for Queer and Trans students at PCC Cascade. The QRC supports student success through a multifaceted approach - education, events, advocacy, and support. The QRC provides intersectional trainings and events for the PCC campus community to increase understanding, em

pathy, and knowledge of diverse sexual and gender identities and expressions, while also providing one on one advocacy and support to Queer and Trans students facing barriers in their education.
