I just want to take a moment to recognize our SeaStar Senior Services LLC employee of the month for April. This person has been with SeaStar the longest - starting when we had only three clients in December 2023. He is always willing to help out, taking client to early morning church services and late night Blazer games (a hardship I know). Recently he drove clear out to Eastern Oregon to bring a client back to Portland. We appreciate you Dan for your value of helpfulness and availability. Thank you!

SeaStar would like to introduce our March employee of the month. While she hasn't been with SeaStar a year, she has already proven her worth in so many ways. McKenna is one of our companions who takes clients on outings. She has a great spirit and "can-do" attitude, even cleaning up bodily fluids a few times when our clients had not been feeling well. She shows great initiative paired with good judgement (a great mix) and requires little to no oversight. She never says no and is always willing to work with any of our clients. We are happy to recognize McKenna for demonstrating our SeaStar value of Service.

Congratulations to April for being named SeaStar's Employee of the month for December. April consistently makes her shifts every time, on time. Her reliability coupled with her great work with her client day in and day out demonstrates the SeaStar value of Integrity - doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Thank you April for being a great caregiver.

Congratulations to our December employee of the month, Crystal. Since she started nearly two years ago, Crystal has always been perfect example of the SeaStar value of AVAILABILITY. She'll pick up extra shifts, come early or stay late, to ensure her client is taken of.

Crystal will receive a basket of goodies including an employee of the month coffee cup, snacks, free car wash, and Starbucks card, plus 4 hours of PTO.
