🎉 TODAY (Oct. 13, 2026) is the Voter Registration Deadline for the Nov. 3, 2026, General Election!

Now is the time to register to vote or check that your voter registration information is up to date — including your current residence and mailing address.

To register to vote in Oregon, you must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Oregon, at least 16 years old (you will receive your ballot once you are 18).

Voters who are not yet registered can complete their registration online at: sos.oregon.gov/elections/Pages/default.aspx

You will be asked to provide your Oregon-issued driver's license or state ID card number, or the last four digits of your Social Security number, if you do not have an Oregon driver’s license or ID card.

A hearing on PGE's reapplication, the previous version of which was appealed 12-0 by City Council, has been scheduled for October 14th. If approved, this would give PGE the go-ahead to remove 4.7 acres of trees from Forest Park, among other ecological harms. On top of that, the City Administrator has already tasked City Staff to write a report recommending the application's approval, jeopardizing the integrity of the approval process.

If you would like to help us defend Forest Park, you can submit testimony to the city Hearings Officer and rally with us, and other local organizations, at City Hall on the morning of October 14th. More details on the rally, submitting testimony, and attending the rally can be found using the link in the comments.
