Why You Should Attend - Get Answers: Ask questions and share your direct safety concerns. Understand Boundaries: Learn how these jurisdictions coordinate and manage overlapping roles. Show Support: Express appreciation for our local law enforcement officers' hard work. Be a Partner: Discover how residents and the neighborhood association can work constructively together. Submit Questions in Advance: Have specific questions you want addressed? Email: Bettina Davis at [email protected] Or simply bring your questions to the meeting! Help Us Spread the Word! All are welcome to attend. Please share this post with neighboring communities, partner organizations, and anyone interested in local safety.

Forest Park Neighborhood Association is 50 this year, and we're putting together a celebration on Saturday, August 22, from 2 to 5 PM at Skyline Tavern. Historical displays, community partners, a potluck, lawn games, and children's activities.

The planning committee is forming now and we need a few more hands. We're looking for volunteers to own or help with parking, signage, set-up and clean up, food and beverage coordination, and historian among others. All hands are welcome!

First planning meeting is Tuesday, May 26 at 6 PM over Zoom: https://calendar.app.google/AvD9E5q1y12RPUa4A

We're also exploring whether to co-brand with National Night Out, so if you've helped run NNO in past years, we'd especially like to hear from you.

We live on NW Barnes Rd in between Burnside and Skyline. If you see either of these guys, please try to catch them. They are both super friendly and will likely come to you.
