✨ This Season of Giving, Give the Gift of Access to Justice ✨

As we enter the season of generosity, the Oregon Association of Collaborative Professionals invites attorneys, mental health professionals, and mediators to give back through participation in the Sliding Scale (Low-Bono) Collaborative Law Project.

This initiative expands access to collaborative services for families who may not otherwise be able to afford them—while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.

đź’š Interested in participating?
To get involved, professionals are asked to complete the Sliding Scale Collaborative Law Project Participant Affirmation Statement and confirm that they:

• Serve as ambassadors of OACP’s mission and values within the legal community and the public
• Diligently serve sliding-scale clients in accordance with their profession’s ethical standards
• Stay informed and engaged in the Sliding Scale Collaborative Law Project, including participating in mentorship when questions or support are needed
• Are trained in Collaborative Law and Basic Mediation
• Are in good standing with their professional oversight institution and with IACP/OACP
• Agree to withdraw from a case if a client violates the Collaborative Law participation agreement
• Decline or withdraw from cases where a conflict of interest exists
