Anusha Sridhara (Class 97) has reached 30 volunteer hours and is now a Certified Master Recycler! Anusha has volunteered at the Gladstone Community Festival, the Sabin CDC Summer Block Party, and the Milwaukie Farmers Market twice. She also attended the tour of the Recycle On Waste Audit center. Layla Horner (Class 97) is now a Certified Master Recycler with 30 hours! Layla completed most of her hours volunteering at Sabin CDC events in NE Portland, including their Free Market and Exchange event and Play Streets event. She’s also helped them set up a scrap metal recycling program, and volunteered at the Milwaukie Farmers Market. Thank you, Layla, for all your amazing work!

Sergio García Cruz (Class 73) has reached 500 hours and is a Quincenturion. Working with Centro Cultural de Washington County, he has served as the heart of the Expertos en Reciclaje program. A mentor for many Spanish speaking Master Recyclers, Sergio can often be found tabling at events and presenting to community members about the benefits of recycling. Thank you, Sergio for making such a lasting impact in the community!
