Clifford and Mary Moore House Historic Residence in Ladd's Addition Historic District of Portland In the past, the home has been used as a polling station as well as a boarding house.

Located in the Ladd's Addition Historic District, this home was built in 1912 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The architect was Camp & DuPuy and the original owners, Clifford and Mary Moore, were a dentist and music teacher, respectively. From 2001-2009, it was painstakingly restored by its owners, Mandy and Filip Schmole. The home, and its owners, were featured in a 2004 episode of "Restoration Realities" on the DIY channel.
