What does it mean to serve as a leader in a ministry like PRM? Erin Holcomb has been serving as our interim executive director since 2024. After two years in this role, here's what she's learned: leadership isn't about having the answers from day one. It's about stewarding what has been built by those before us, staying close to the people we serve, and trusting that consistency and faith integrity matter more than perfection.
