Friends of Portland Schools On May 11, 2026, Portland residents overwhelmingly voted in favor of renovating Valley View and Gildersleeve Elementary Schools.

We are excited to follow the progress of the Building Committee over the next five years! Notice: This page was formerly operated by the Friends of Portland Schools PAC, which dissolved on May 19, 2026. It is now maintained as a free, unorganized grassroots forum by local volunteers. No campaign finance expenditures are made, and no paid advertisements are run. All posts represent free digital speech by local citizens acting independently of any political committee.
