A great article in the Portsmouth Times about how council member Mary McDowell was proposing a resolution to have a two-member advisory panel made up of council members. This goes against the Portsmouth Town Charter.

You should be alarmed at what she was trying to have passed.

We had an absolutely pack event at Ragged Island Brewing Company on Monday for the Portsmouth Democrats Signature Party.

What a fantastic turn out yesterday outside of Food Works. Residents were lined up to endorse Democratic candidate's from Town Council to Lieutenant Governor.

Meet the Candidates and Signature event going on to at Food Works from 2-4pm.

Each candidate needs 50 signatures from Portsmouth residents to qualify, and we're making it easy to show your support.

Stop by the parking lot at Food Works Restaurant today from 2 to 4 PM, sign for the candidates you believe in, and meet the people who are running.

Candidates will have information about them so you can learn where they stand before you sign. They will also have yard signs for you if you want to show your support on your lawn.
