We wish all of our Portsmouth students, teachers, staff, and families a safe and successful school year!

Officer Lemar with Comfort Dog Holly and Officer Silvia will be back in our schools helping keep students safe, building positive relationships, and serving as a familiar resource for students and staff throughout the year.

As students head back to the classroom, please remember to slow down, watch for pedestrians, and use extra caution around school zones and bus stops.

The B.A.T. Mobile is coming to Portsmouth!

Tomorrow night, the Rhode Island Breath Alcohol Testing (B.A.T) Mobile Unit will be deployed in Portsmouth as part of our ongoing efforts to keep our roadways safe.

The B.A.T. Mobile provides law enforcement officers with a mobile location to process impaired drivers quickly and efficiently.

Please drive responsibly and help us keep Portsmouth’s roads safe.
