Tuesday & Thursday 9am-7pm
Wednesday 1pm-7pm
Saturday 8am-12pm

Constructed in the early 1900s, and funded by $5,500.00 granted by Scottish-American philanthropist, Andrew Carnegie, Poseyville Carnegie Public Library was the smallest Carnegie library built. In 2000, the addition of the Children's Library doubled the original size of its overall space. However, the original historical structure remains much the same as it did when initially constructed.

Our Summer Reading program is a little different this year. We are having "Dino Camp" every Tuesday and Thursday in JUNE!

Obstacle Courses, Scavenger Hunts, Relays, Crafts and real Tribal Challenges!

This is created for children that are entering KINDERGARTEN through 6th Grade. (Sorry no exceptions. This camp is outdoors and although we will have several adults and camp councilors, we cannot be liable for children under 5 years of age in our outdoor camp.)

If your child is NOT going to kindergarten next year, they are eligible for our DINO DAYS on Mondays and Wednesdays. See our fliers below!
