Our Empty Bowls Fundraiser is coming up, and we’re on the hunt for some awesome event sponsors to help make it happen!

This event supports our Children’s Weekend Backpack Program, which helps make sure local kids have food when school meals aren’t available. It’s one of our favorite events of the year — great soup, handmade bowls, and a whole lot of community heart.

If you or your business would like to jump in and help us feed kids in our community, we’d love to have you on board. Every sponsorship helps keep those weekend backpacks full. 💛

🌟 Join Us for Empty Bowls! 🌟

🍲 Come together to fight hunger in our community! Join us for our annual Empty Bowls event, where you can enjoy delicious soup, create community connections, and support a great cause.

🗓 Date: April 16, 20026
🕒 Time: 4:00-6:30 PM
📍 Location: Red Lion Templins on the River

✨ Each ticket includes a handcrafted bowl and a variety of soups from local restaurants. All proceeds will go directly to 3rd Avenue Marketplace.

We’re excited to officially welcome Molli Nixon as the new Director of 3rd Avenue Marketplace! 🎉💛

Molli comes to us from ICCU, but she’s no stranger to our mission. She’s served on our Board of Directors for the past six years and has been actively volunteering with us even longer. She already knows the heart of this place — because she’s been part of it.

Her leadership, passion for the community, and long-standing commitment to the food bank make her the perfect fit for this next chapter. We’re so excited for what’s ahead!
