This month, we are proud to recognize Deb Parry as our San Bois CASA Volunteer Spotlight!

Deb has been serving as a CASA Volunteer for nearly a year. During that time, she has advocated on 2 cases and served 3 children, making a meaningful impact on the children and families entrusted to her.

Deb consistently goes above and beyond for the children she serves. She works diligently to help ensure their needs are met, takes the time to truly listen, and makes sure each child knows their voice matters. Deb has a genuine heart for advocacy, and much of what she does happens quietly behind the scenes—without recognition or praise. Her compassion, dedication, and willingness to serve truly reflect the heart of a CASA Volunteer.

Supervisor TC McCool shares:

“Deb is a force. She stands up for the children she serves and has such a big heart—and they see that in her, too. She is a strong voice for them, and I’m proud to have her as a volunteer.”

Deb, thank you for your servant’s heart and your unwavering dedication to the children and families you serve. Your hard work, compassion, and commitment do not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful to have you as part of San Bois CASA and appreciate all that you do to help Change a Child’s Story! ❤️💙

San Bois CASA is incredibly grateful to receive a $10,000 grant from the Arvest Foundation to support our efforts to recruit and train community volunteers to serve as advocates for children in need.

San Bois CASA serves nearly 200 children each year, ensuring that children navigating the court system have someone in their corner advocating for their best interests. The CASA volunteers provide a consistent voice, support, and advocacy during what can be an incredibly difficult time in a child’s life.

This generous investment from the Arvest Foundation will help San Bois CASA continue to recruit, train, and support dedicated community volunteers.

Thank you, Arvest Foundation, for your support of such a great cause!
