We are so pleased that Eric McDowel, Deputy Director, Philadelphia Homeownership Center, is coming from Philadelphia on Saturday to do our Reverse Mortgages workshop. This can be a wonderful option for homeowners, but there are definitely scams out there, and it’s good to get the information directly from the federal government agency that oversees the industry!

This is a great opportunity to gain the knowledge you need for good decision-making, so come by this free workshop from 2-2:45 this Saturday.

It’s Expo Month! We’re so happy to announce that this year, Britepaths is able to expand the number of certified, trained financial coaches for the one-on-one sessions that can fill up quickly at the expo. Five counselors at a time will be available to spend 30 minutes with individuals needing their help from 10:30 am until 2 pm.

We’re excited to think about the impact these 40 sessions will have on our visitors!
