We’re excited to share a new chapter for International Library Services.

ILS is now operating as an Alabama-based company following a recent ownership transition - positioning us for continued growth and deeper engagement with the library communities we serve.

The company is now led by longtime CTO Bill McClendon, who brings more than 35 years of experience in library technology, alongside Jason Parsley, serving as President.

Together, this leadership team combines deep technical expertise with a strong operational vision for expanding access to library services through innovative 24/7 solutions.

This transition also builds on the foundation established by founder Fred Goodman, whose passion for outreach and accessibility helped shape ILS into what it is today.

While leadership evolves, our mission remains the same:
Expanding library access.
Reaching more communities.
Supporting libraries wherever patrons are.
