🎄 Merry Christmas from the Benton Township Emergency Services Association! 🎄

Yesterday’s Christmas Stocking delivery was a huge success, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make it happen.

Thank you to our members who took time away from their families on Christmas Eve to continue this special tradition. Your dedication and commitment to our community does not go unnoticed.

We also want to sincerely thank our sponsors and donors for their generous financial support and for showing up to help stuff stockings alongside us. A special thank you to Meijer, ZapZone XL, FunTyme Adventure Park, Potterville Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Renee Owen, Durotech, and the many community members who contributed to this event.

Thank you to all the volunteers that helped us stuff 800 stockings. We were able to stuff 800 stockings in 49 minutes! Can't wait for Santa to start delivering them tomorrow at 4pm!

🎄Tonight is stocking stuffing night!🎄

We’ll be starting at 6:00 PM sharp as we work together to stuff 800 Christmas stockings for our community.

🎄🎅 Christmas Stocking Stuffing & Delivery Information 🎅🎄

We are just one week away from our Christmas festivities! Below are a few important reminders and details for our community.

🎁 Stocking Stuffing Night
📍 Benton Township Fire Station
📅 Tuesday, December 23rd
⏰ 6:00 PM until all 800 stockings are filled (typically about 1–1.5 hours)

Anyone is welcome to come help! Good news — we’ve changed the bags we’re using for the stockings this year, so stuffing should be much easier than in the past. Subs and refreshments will be provided afterward.

🎅 Stocking Delivery
📅 Wednesday, December 24th
⏰ Beginning at 4:00 PM

We will have four Santas — three covering the City of Potterville and one covering Benton Township. Santas will be riding in a side-by-side and escorted by a fire truck or ambulance. Santa will travel down every street in the City of Potterville, as well as Blume Lake and Hi-Way Mobile Haven.

🚨 If you hear sirens and see emergency lights, please have your kids come outside to meet Santa!
🗺️ A map is included showing how the Santas are divided throughout the city. Please be patient as we make our way through the routes — it will take a few hours to complete.

🎄 Benton Township Emergency Services Association – Annual Christmas Stocking Event! 🎄

It’s that time of year again! The Benton Township Emergency Services Association is excited to host our annual Christmas Stocking Event. For those who may be new to the area, this is a long-standing tradition where we fill stockings and deliver them to kids on Christmas Eve.

🎅 How Stocking Delivery Works

🚒 City of Potterville:
Santa will be escorted down every street to hand out stockings to all the kids who come outside to meet him. Make sure to listen for the sirens and watch for the flashing emergency lights—that means Santa is on his way!

🌲 Benton Township Residents:
While we can’t drive down every street in the Township, you can be added to Santa’s list for a special stop.
📞 Call 517-645-7061 to sign up and tell us how many stockings you need.

🎁 Stocking Assembly Night – December 23rd at 6 PM

📍 Benton Township Fire Department
4713 N Hartel Rd, Potterville, MI 48876

We’ll be filling 800 stockings this year (up from 750!) to make sure every child receives one. Community members are strongly encouraged to join us—many hands make light work!

We’ll have food and drinks afterward, and the assembly usually takes about an hour depending on our turnout.

Santa will start making his rounds at 4:00 PM.
We have three Santas for the City and one for the Township, and it generally takes 3–4 hours to cover every street. Thank you in advance for your patience as we work our way through the community!

🎃 Join Us for a Spooktacular Halloween! 👻

It’s almost Halloween, and this year the members of the Benton Township Fire Department are doing something a little different!

As always, we’ll be set up at the downtown pavilion (next to Joe's) on Halloween night from 6 PM to 8 PM handing out candy and glowsticks to all the trick-or-treaters. But this year, we’d like to extend an invitation to local businesses and community members who would like to join us by setting up a table of their own.

It’s a great way to get involved, meet local families, and help make Halloween night extra fun for the kids!
