City Workers are working on a leak at Diana Street. All customers on Dennis & Diana will be without water until the repair is made. Repair approximation is 3 hours.

City of Pottsboro has changed billing software. You may have noticed several bills in the last few weeks. If you received a bill due 6/8/26, that is not your actual bill. Those were sent out in error from the old software. New bills should be in your mailbox this week. The amount is a little less than the previous balance. This bill is due by 6/20/26. New bills will go out again in a few weeks and this will mark the beginning of a single bill cycle for the entire city. Due date, bank draft date, late charge date and disconnect date for this cycle will all be on the bill, so please read it. If you have any questions, please call Marnie at 903.786.2281 extn. 1

BILLING SOFTWARE UPDATE:

The city is changing over billing software as we speak. The new system will be in place on Monday, June 1, 2026 and all payments received in the last week will be entered as well as any eBill sign ups prior to billing. You can email Marnie at [email protected] to be added back to it. Just send your address and email you would like to use to receive your bill.
(No late fees will be applied to any account until after the first new bill due date.)
All payment links have been removed from the website until the new software is in place and a new links will be set up on the city's website for paying via credit card online.
If you are signed up for ACH - auto draft, you are still set. That information has been pulled. However, just to be on the safe side, if you feel you are having an issue with it, please reach out to Marnie immediately to ensure we take care if it right away.

IT'S HAPPENING FOLKS! HERE WE GO!

Be on the lookout for Keystone Utility Systems over the next few weeks.
Beginning June 15, 2026 they will be out installing the city's new meter read system. They will knock on the door prior to changing out the meter just in case, so don't be surprised to get a knock on the door from these helpful folks.
Now is also the time to update your contact information on your water account. Many accounts have old email addresses and landline phone numbers which make reaching you more difficult. The new system will have the ability to email you a copy of your bill, so be sure to reach out to Marnie to update it.

Fiber Cable Installation Begins Today:
- Chrissa Dr from 120 north to the end of the road
- Utility easement running from Chrissa Dr to Pearce Dr near 202 Chrissa Dr
- Pearce Dr from above mentioned utility easement to Fountain Meadows
- Prairie Meadow Lane, Lantana Lane, and Rock Hill Rd
- Fountain Meadows, Texoma Meadows, Midway Meadows, and North Meadows

Please use caution when in these areas.

Today we say goodbye to the old billing software and move over to Fundview. All eBill customers will be removed and will need to email Marnie to get set up again. [email protected]

You will be able to view and pay your bill on the same site. We will move to a single bill cycle as well. New bills will be mailed out beginning June 1, 2026.
