If you are wondering who the one is going around Pottsboro city during the day knocking on doors, it is a university student from Europe, Estonia Karolina Bookgirl Koikson, she is doing a summer exchange program selling educational books and apps for families from young toddler all the way to college prep. This is Karolina's 1st week in Pottsboro, so if you see her, don't be shy to tell hi to her. Karolina is legit and has acquired her vendor's permit approved by the City of Pottsboro.

The City of Pottsboro’s water meter exchange project is running behind schedule. As a result, water bills will be mailed later than usual again this month.
✅ NO LATE FEES WILL BE CHARGED DUE TO THIS DELAY.

📢 UTILITY BILLING UPDATE

Utility bills were posted on June 30th through our new billing system, which was later than the originally anticipated posting date of June 19th.
As a result, your bill will display a due date of July 1st.
Please note: No late fees will be assessed for these payments.
Our billing schedule will return to normal beginning this month:
• New bills will be mailed on July 19th.
• Those bills will be due on August 1st.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete the transition to our new billing system. If you have any questions, please contact City Hall.
