This bill will close a loophole that allows developers to get an application in before local government can take a vote. This is another important tool for municipalities to use to protect their community from rapid data center development.

We know that emergencies do happen, and when they do, we need students to know they can act to help a peer without hesitation. This bill protects those Good Samaritans so they can act without fear.

Pipe Replacement Scheduled to Close Harmonyville Road in Warwick Township

Weather permitting, drivers are advised of the following travel restriction:

Monday, June 15, and Tuesday, June 16, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Harmonyville Road will be closed and detoured between Hopewell Road and Saint Peters Road. During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Route 345 (Pine Swamp Road), Route 23 (Ridge Road), and Saint Peters Road.
