While our crew was hard at work on Saturday getting our trucks and station ready for our Car Show & Open House, we enlisted a little extra help getting Quint 58 shined up from the Pottsgrove High School Bands who was having a car wash fundraiser at Lower Pottsgrove Elementary School! Our First Annual Car Show & Open House is only a few days away! We have a bunch of fun activities available for adults and children alike.

We will be joined by Nissley Vineyards, Bucktown Beans, Lower Pottsgrove Historical Society, Walleigh Customs , Philly Timber Designs, Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles, our very own Sanatoga Unit 58-81 and More!

Today 12 of our company's officers and active members, along with municipal staff from Lower Pottsgrove Township and Borough of Pottstown had the privilege of being invited by Constellation to tour the Limerick Clean Energy Center.

Attendees were treated to an informational presentation including a Q&A session with top plant officials before touring the entire facilty including the turbine room and main control room before concluding with lunch provided by Constellation Energy.

We cannot thank the team at Limerick Clean Energy Center, Constellation Energy, and Lower Pottsgrove Township Emergency Management enough for putting together this incredible opportunity for our staff!

- Up to 100% - County Tax Credit

Volunteer Firefighters residing in Lower Pottsgrove Township are also eligible for:
- Up to 100% - Local Tax Credit
- Up to $500 - School Tax Credit

Last night, our crew was joined for training by Black Rock Vol Fire Co.. Crews utilized our training building to practice "roll-in" drills focusing on all aspects of initial firefighting operations including hoseline advancement, forcible entry, search and rescue, laddering the building, and roof ventilation.

Crews used fog machines to create more realistic conditions that forced members to rely on all their senses to locate victims instead of relying on their eyes alone.
