Thank you to Pottstown Fire department for coming to educate our 4K & 5K classes on fire safety and prevention! We enjoyed learning about what to do in case of a fire, to not be afraid of alarms or the fully geared fireman as he is there to help us and get us to safety. We learned about the different gear and equipment used and
enjoyed spraying the hose to “put out the fire.” The most exciting part is these wonderful community helpers did get called to a real fire, raced to help the people, and the children were so very proud of the brave men!

Hi Families,
We are still in need of candy donations for Trunk or Treat. There is a Frankiestein in the glass lobby of the school. We could use a few more cars as well. It is going to be a great night with your help 🎃❤️

Pre K has been working hard to demonstrate Franklin's Fab 5 positive behaviors of being safe, responsible, positive, respectful, and involved and have earned 100 blue Fab 5 tickets as a class! The class received their first Fab 5 Flyer from Mr. Dargan and chose Pajama Day as their reward. It was a day of cozy learning and fun for our school's youngest learners! We are so very proud of the children for making our class and school a great place to be!

Today during intervention first grade practiced identifying -ch digraph in a passage by highlighting all the words that contained it. To answer comprehension questions, we practiced going back into the story and underlining our answer. We are working hard on our reading comprehension!
