Congratulations to Lt. Morrisey on his recent graduation from the Mid-Atlantic Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar!!
Lt. Morrisey graduated from the Mid-Atlantic Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar (MALEEDS) on June 12, 2026, in Princeton, New Jersey. The 2026 program included 73 men and women from law enforcement agencies across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
MALEEDS has hosted its annual training conference at Princeton University since 1993. This unique educational opportunity is designed to provide advanced leadership training for police chiefs and law enforcement executives. It is recognized as one of the premier, most selective law enforcement leadership programs in the country.
MALEEDS is one of more than 20 regional command colleges across the United States. It is a highly selective and successful program offering valuable insights into the complex challenges faced by today’s police leaders. Participation is by invitation only and is granted through a highly competitive application process. Class sizes are intentionally limited to promote meaningful interaction between instructors and attendees.
This dynamic, in-depth educational program is proudly co-sponsored by the Newark, New York, and Philadelphia Divisions of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It is led by active and retired law enforcement leaders from the former Princeton Borough and Princeton Township Police Departments, River Vale Police Department, Princeton University’s Department of Transportation and Parking Services, and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
