The Pottsville Bureau of Police and the Pottsville Fire Department extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who attended and help make our 2026 National Night Out a tremendous success. We would like to send a special Thank You to Nora Lea Matz, Jill Freeman, Captain Welsh, and Chief Misstishin for their outstanding leadership, coordination as well as the countless hours of planning that brought this event together. We are also incredibly grateful to our generous sponsors and community partners including Pottsville Fire Company #1, Womer’s Garage, Domino’s, Green’s Communication, 7-11, the JFK Recreation Facility, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Highway Safety Network , Walmart, the National Child ID program and Schuylkill EMS, and everyone who contributed their time, resources and support. Your generosity helped provide food, activities, safety programs, and giveaways that made the evening a memorable experience for so many families
National Night Out is about building relationships, strengthening trust, and bringing our community together. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, sponsors first responders and the many families that attended, we believe we accomplished exactly that.
Again, on behalf of both the Pottsville Police and Pottsville Fire Department, we thank you for investing in our community and helping make our National Night Out 2026 one of our most successful events to date.
