Meals on Wheels of Schuylkill County Meals on Wheels is designed to provide nutritious noon-time meals to homebound individuals.

Meals on Wheels provides nutritious hot and cold noon-time meals to homebound individuals. The program not only provides short-term assistance to individuals recuperating from surgery or illness, but also offers long-term service to others. Assessment is completed by the Schuylkill County Office of Senior Services. Meals on Wheels is literally driven by volunteers who deliver meals to 370 county r

Diakon Community Services manages Meals on Wheels under a contract with the Schuylkill County Office of Senior Services with funding provided by the PA Department of Aging.
