With winter protections now ended, utility shut-offs may resume, but help is available! Schuylkill Community Action partners with PPL Electric Utilities and UGI Utilities, Inc. to offer programs that can help income-eligible households manage their electric and gas bills and stay on track year-round.

✅ Programs include:
• PPL OnTrack – Affordable monthly payments and potential debt forgiveness
• PPL Operation HELP – Grants to help pay your electric bill
• UGI Operation Share Program – Income-based or usage-based payment plans with arrearage and shortfall forgiveness

Eligibility requirements and income guidelines apply.
