Faces of Avenues
Meet Kim!
For 37 years, Kim has been showing up for Avenues.
She’s a member of our Workshop team. She’s reliable, always ready to help and someone her coworkers can count on. She enjoys coming to work, spending time with her friends and being part of a place that has been a part of her life for nearly four decades.
But if you live on the West Side of town, you probably know Kim for something else.
You might know her as “Coach Kim.”
You’ll find her at Rotary supporting the youth baseball leagues, cheering on the kids and talking baseball. And if you know Kim, you know she’s a Phillies fan. That passion for baseball is just another way Kim finds her way into the community.
Because Kim knows people.
She knows your name. She knows your kids’ names. She knows what sports they play. She remembers and the next time she sees you, she’ll ask how everyone is doing.
When she isn’t working or at Rotary, you might find her riding her bike or going for a walk. She loves spaghetti, her friends and staying connected to the people around her.
Kim has certainly left her mark on Avenues and the community.
She’s one of those familiar faces you recognize. The person who knows your family. The person who remembers your kids. The person who always has something to say when she sees you.
We’re pretty lucky to have her be a part of Avenues.
