🎈🙌 Get ready for the 35th Annual JPMorganChase Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival taking flight Labor Day Weekend, September 4–6, at Tymor Park in Union Vale, NY!

This is where we need your help. We are seeking volunteers to assist behind the scenes with festival setup, operations, and teardown. With more than 22,000 attendees expected throughout the weekend, this event is simply too big for our small staff to manage alone.

Whether you're an individual, business, school, or community organization, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Volunteers may help scan tickets, drive passenger carts, clean tables, provide guest information, sell souvenirs, assist with parking, operate games and activities, support the Bubble Zone or Drone Zone, or even help balloonists prepare for flight.

The 35th Annual JPMorganChase Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival would not be possible without the incredible dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers.

The 2026 theme is Give To Gain — a powerful reminder that when we give, we grow. When we support women, we strengthen our communities. When women thrive, we all rise.

Give To Gain encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration. Through mentorship, advocacy, education, visibility, resources, time, and support, we create opportunities that multiply, not subtract. Giving is intentional multiplication.

Join us in celebrating International Women’s Day with the Hudson Valley Women’s Leadership Alliance at our annual Give to Gain networking event on Tuesday, March 10.

This special evening brings members together to connect, collaborate, and celebrate women-owned businesses throughout Eastdale Village Town Center. All attendees will begin the evening at the Eastdale Village Clubhouse before visiting participating locations.

The 2026 International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, highlights the power of generosity, reciprocity, and collective support—reminding us that when we give intentionally, opportunities for women grow and multiply.

This complimentary event includes light refreshments and is made possible thanks to our generous sponsors KeyBank and Youngwirth Law, with media support from iHeartMedia of the Hudson Valley.
