๐จ Pieces of Mind art exhibit at Pound Ridge Library.
Created by students from Fox Lane and John Jay High Schools in collaboration with THRIVE and the Katonah Museum of Art, this powerful collective artwork explores mental health, substance abuse, connection, vulnerability, and hope through abstract art.
Using 42 individual canvases painted with different colors, textures, and perspectives, the students created a single unified work that reflects both personal struggles and the importance of community. As the artists shared, the process of creating together transformed feelings of awkwardness and isolation into acceptance, empathy, and connection.
